What to anticipate as an enrollee:

After you have been identified as a qualified participant, ViCare will send you a brochure and your physician will provide an enrollment letter.

Next, you will meet with your ViCare guide, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). You and your guide will develop a program of modest lifestyle changes and you will sign a contract agreeing to exert your best efforts.

Finally, you will meet with your ViCare guide face-to-face weekly, anywhere; and utilize the customized ViCare software to achieve your goals step by step.
