ViMedicus' Vitality Measure
All mental and behavioral issues are subjective, so ViMedicus has developed the ViScore. Enrollees rate their overall state of well-being (including job, family, hobbies, etc.) on a 10-point scale.
Healthy enrollees will score 7-9
Mildly stressed enrollees will score 6-7
Seriously stressed enrollees will score 3-5
Multi-chronic enrollees will score 2-4
ViCare data shows that ViScores measure performance capacity. For example, an employee with a ViScore of 5 is likely operating at 50% of their capacity. This is demonstrated by absenteeism, presenteeism, and other stress-related factors.
